Inspired by a cherished family recipe and born in a Brooklyn kitchen, Brooklyn Brittle began as a small-batch treat created to bring people together. It started with Joanne, a passionate baker, and now continues under Tanya—a former customer and bakery owner who fell in love with the product.

Each handmade batch is egg-free, preservative-free, and baked with care. It’s a snack you can feel good about—and one that turns everyday moments into something a little more joyful.
