Shipping Policy

SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING

We strive to have all orders arrive within 3-7 business days from the date the order was placed. This allows us to provide you with the freshest cookie brittle. You will receive an email notification from us once your order is placed. You will also receive another notification with tracking information once your package has shipped. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days. Additionally, the end of a business day will vary by carrier and by the destination's time zone.  

All orders will be shipped either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, Monday through Thursday. We do not ship on Fridays to prevent your cookie brittle from being held in a warehouse Saturday and Sunday.

​*We currently do not offer overnight or international shipping services. 

Please ensure that all shipping addresses you provide are accurate. Our carriers require accurate addresses and phone numbers, and they do not ship to PO boxes; you must provide a street address. Brooklyn Brittle is not responsible for charges incurred as a result of packages that are undeliverable due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses. These charges include extra shipping costs and the cost of product replacement.

You can place an order online anytime you'd like. Our daily cut-off for orders is 12 pm EST. You can expect delivery within the timeframes provided under "shipping policy" above.
